My name is Emily Brook and I am an everything and anything sweet enthusiast! There is something so special about homemade cakes, cookies, tarts or dessert. I have created this blog to help you fall in love with baking and creating food with flavours that are grown here in Britain.

So who am I?

I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef. I have worked in the culinary industry for many years from 5 star hotels to high end patisseries. Being a pastry chef gives me the opportunity to be creative and what is better than being able to eat it too? I hope you will enjoy my recipes that I've created and I hope you will be inspired to use the beautiful ingredients that are outside your door!
